Kate Daniels

Kate founded Silver Lake Services around a simple belief:  

Her approach is shaped by generations of family entrepreneurship and by Silver Lake, the home of her family cabin and the place she has always felt most connected to. Those influences inspired a company built around reliability, genuine relationships, and doing work people can feel good about.

She is also studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology, deepening her understanding of how people, systems, performance, and well-being shape effective organizations.
