Kate founded Silver Lake Services around a simple belief: public-sector work does not need more noise—it needs clear thinking and follow-through.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she brings property owners, suppliers, qualified service partners, and agency requirements together to move complex work from possibility to execution.
She is also studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology, deepening her understanding of how people, systems, performance, and well-being shape effective organizations.
